An event every week that begins at 5:35 pm on Thursday, repeating indefinitely

BODYPUMP, a total body workout that will burn calories, shape and tone your entire body, increase core strength and improve bone health. This class will be slightly different with a twist. (30) minutes of BODYPUMP then (10) minutes of CORE followed up with (5) minutes of Cool Down!! Check it out in the Aerobics Studio.
