Use outdoor cycling techniques w/great music. This early morning 45 minute class is guarantee to get your Cardio fix and heart rate going. Weather permitting we take the bikes out to the back patio. Outdoor cycling without traffic, just fresh air and sun rise. Your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.
