An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Wednesday, repeating until January 31, 2024
Strong muscles will help reduce the risk of falling, which in turn will reduce fall related injuries. This small group training program will focus on full-body strength, mobility, balance, and flexibility. Perform activities of daily living better and more independently using dumbbells, resistance bands, chairs, and the use of body weight. $25 per 60-minute session.
