5:15 am Tabata STRENGTH

Tabata workouts are designed to be short in duration, but high intensity.  This combination results in greater calorie expenditure, long after the workout is over – the “after burn”.  This variation on Tabata-style interval training will ensure that every major muscle group is fatigued – that is the strength training part.  The instructors will also incorporate some intense cardiovascular work to help improve overall fitness.   No dancing… simple, athletic moves are the rule in this class!
