NorthPointe Wellness offers the perfect mix of group exercise classes, fitness classes and special events suited for all levels. Some of our many classes include Group Cycling, BodyPump, BodyCombat, Yoga, aquatic classes and strength training.  Take a glance and jump in on the fun!

Ai Chi

This gentle class emphasizes flexibility, improves range of motion and mobility, balance and muscular stamina. Great for people with arthritis, osteoporosis, and fibromyalgia. Class size is limited so don’t delay!
