We will hold this class outdoors beginning in June.  We have limited outdoor bikes.  We will have a Tuesday night sign-up for a bike (just call the front desk at 815-525-4900).  You are always welcome to drop-in and use a bike if there is one available.  Signing up will ensure your spot!

Get a great start to your day with fun, energetic floor cardio moves intermixed with strengthening exercises. A total body workout that will make you sweat!  Cardio may be anything from step aerobics, floor aerobics or cardio kickboxing.  Any way it will be fun!

Note that this class will start at 8:20 beginning 9/5.  September 19, class is tentative.  We may be hosting a training that day.  We will do LesMills Launch on September 26, so we will cancel CardioSculpt that day.  Hope you will join us for the new Les Mills classes… watch for details in the coming weeks.
