Indoor cycling is a great, non-impact workout suitable for people at all fitness levels.  Beginners will be given instructions on proper bike setup.  During the class the instructor will cue changes in resistance and pace to simulate going up and down hills and fast sprints followed by recovery times.  Since you control the resistance, you control the ride… take an easy spin, warm up for your strength training workout, or sweat like crazy for 30 minutes… it’s up to you!

Experience the fun with simple cardio routines to improve coordination, cardio fitness, muscle strength and endurance. The class finishes with Pilates and yoga stretches adapted to the water.
